About Arron Cramer

I'm a financial planner who believes your money should support your life and not the other way around. Whether you're preparing for retirement, managing debt, building wealth, or navigating a major life transition, I help clients design a personalized roadmap so they can make confident, values-driven financial decisions. At the heart of my practice is the belief that a strong financial plan lays the foundation for an effective investment strategy. I work closely with each client to understand their goals, priorities, and unique circumstances and then build a tailored roadmap to help them move forward with clarity and purpose. To ensure the plan and portfolio work seamlessly together, I manage investments in-house using a behavioral, methodical, and data-driven approach. I focus on long-term alignment, cost-efficiency, and minimizing unnecessary risks, so my clients can trust that their money is working for them, not against them. To better serve a wide range of financial needs, I hold three advanced designations: CFP® (Certified Financial Planner") for holistic, fiduciary-based planning. AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) for debt, cash flow, and budgeting guidance. CSLP® (Certified Student Loan Professional) for complex student loan repayment planning. I care deeply about building long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and partnership. Everyone's version of success looks different, and my goal is to meet clients where they are and help them get where they want to go as strategically as possible. I was born and raised in Iowa and currently live in Adel with my wife, Ashley (my high school sweetheart), our daughter, and our two dogs. I graduated from Upper Iowa University, where I earned my bachelor's degree and wrestled collegiately. In my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling to national parks, watching movies, and shooting sporting clays.

Work Experience:  Like many careers, mine has been a journey of learning and discovering where I'm meant to be. And while I know that journey is far from over, I can confidently say I've reached the fun stage of forever fine-tuning. After graduating from college in 2011, I pursued a career in corrections and law enforcement. It didn't take long to realize that path wasn't the right fit for me. With encouragement from a family member, I transitioned into the financial world in 2015, starting on the insurance side of the industry within the broker-dealer space. Those early years gave me a strong foundation in understanding risk management. Still, I quickly realized I wasn't interested in just selling products; I wanted to build long-term relationships and help people create financial strategies that grow with them and support the goals that matter most. In 2020, I obtained my Series 65 registration and shifted my focus entirely to financial planning. By 2021, I had moved my book of business to a new firm to focus solely on building personalized financial plans, investment strategies, and long-term financial goals. Early on, I partnered with outside portfolio managers to handle investments. But as my planning work deepened, I realized that to fully align each client's financial plan and ensure cost-efficiency and the right investment strategy, I needed to manage portfolios directly. I am now an LPL Investment Advisor Representative. I began doing just that, not only for my clients but also for other advisors' clients. Over time, I realized portfolio management works best as a collaborative team effort, not a solo task. That insight led me to make one final move with my clients to where I am today: proudly serving as a Wealth Manager at Paradigm Wealth Partners, where I work alongside a team that shares my values and commitment to client-first planning. Today, I practice as a fee-based advisor offering both financial planning and portfolio management. Clients may engage in one or both services. Planning fees range from $1,000 to $2,500, depending on the depth of work. Portfolio management fees range from 0.50% to 0.90% annually, based on household portfolio size. I also offer a free initial consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit to work together. I consider it a blessing and a privilege to wake up every day and serve such amazing people. I look forward to continuing to grow as an advisor and serving my clients with purpose, care, and dedication.

Clients can engage with me for one-time or as-needed advice, with a flat fee based on the complexity of the situation. My goal is to provide clear, actionable recommendations tailored to your needsso you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

I build and manage portfolios using a behavioral, methodical, and data-driven approachdesigned to match each clients goals and risk tolerance, while focusing on long-term alignment and cost-efficiency. Portfolios are actively monitored and include strategies such as rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, and diversification. For suitable clients, I may also incorporate covered calls to enhance income potential.

Retirement Planning

I help clients prepare for retirement by building personalized strategies to accumulate, preserve, and distribute assets with clarity and confidence. Using professional retirement planning software, I create visual, interactive roadmaps that strengthen the advisor-client relationship and support informed decision-making. This includes planning for income needs, Social Security, Medicare, investment strategy, and tax-efficient withdrawalsall tailored to each clients goals, resources, and risk tolerance.

401K Rollovers

I help clients evaluate their options when changing jobs or retiring, including what to do with an existing 401(k) or other employer-sponsored retirement plan. This includes assessing whether a rollover to an IRA, staying in the plan, or other alternatives best align with the client's financial goals, investment preferences, fees, and overall retirement strategy. My role is to provide objective, personalized guidance so clients can make informed decisions that fit their long-term plan.

Estate Planning & Trusts

I help clients navigate estate planning as part of a comprehensive financial strategyfocusing on how assets will be preserved, transferred, and aligned with their values. My role is to help clarify your goals, explore planning options, and ensure your estate strategy is fully integrated with your overall financial plan. I coordinate closely with your estate attorney to make sure everything is implemented properly and aligned with your wishes. An important part of this process also includes helping you stay organizedso that when the time comes, your estate can be settled efficiently and clearly by the next generation or chosen representatives. The goal is to provide peace of mind, knowing your legacy is protected and your plan reflects the people and causes you care about most.

Tax Advice and Services

Understanding tax strategies and managing your tax bill should be part of any sound financial approach. Some taxes can be deferred, and others can be managed through tax-efficient investing. With careful and consistent preparation, you may be able to manage the impact of taxes on your financial efforts.

Investment Advice & Management

Investing should be easy just buy low and sell high but most of us have trouble following that simple advice. There are principles and strategies that may enable you to put together an investment portfolio that reflects your risk tolerance, time horizon, and goals. Understanding these principles and strategies can help you avoid some of the pitfalls that snare some investors.

Risk Management

I help clients evaluate and manage financial risk as part of a comprehensive financial plan. This includes assessing exposures such as loss of income, disability, long-term care needs, premature death, and property-related risks. I also coordinate with clients on retiree-specific insurance needs, including Medicare planning and long-term care. Suppose the plan identifies a need for insurance coverage, such as life, disability, long-term care, or property and casualty. In that case, I refer clients to an insurance agent for solutions aligned with their goals. My role is to guide clients in making informed decisions and help protect them from being sold policies that don't support their overall financial strategy. There is no guarantee that a diversified portfolio will enhance overall returns or outperform a non-diversified portfolio. Diversification, asset allocation and rebalancing do not protect against market risk. Rebalancing a portfolio may cause investors to incur tax liabilities and/or transaction costs.

Money Management

One of the keys to a sound financial strategy is spending less than you take in, and then finding a way to put your excess to work. A money management approach involves creating budgets to understand and make decisions about where your money is going. It also involves knowing where you may be able to put your excess cash to work.

Financial Planning for Individuals

Creating a life map involves a close review of personal finances and an assessment of other building blocks. Lifestyle matters look at how to balance work and leisure, how to make smart choices for the future, and many other items in an effort to help an individual enjoy the journey.

Retirement Planning

Where will your retirement money come from? If you're like most people, qualified retirement plans, Social Security, personal savings, and investments are expected to play a role. Once you have estimated the amount of money you may need for retirement, a sound approach involves taking a close look at your potential retirement-income sources.

Estate Planning & Trusts

Effective estate management enables you to manage your affairs during your lifetime and control the distribution of your wealth after death. An effective estate strategy can spell out your healthcare wishes and ensure that they're carried out even if you are unable to communicate. It can even designate someone to manage your financial affairs should you be unable to do so. Tax Advice and Services

I provide tax-aware financial planning designed to help clients minimize unnecessary tax exposure and improve efficiency across their financial life. I dont sell investment products or receive commissions, so my advice is objective and focused solely on whats best for you. For clients who prefer a more hands-on approach, I also offer full portfolio managementbuilding and monitoring investment portfolios in-house using a behavioral, methodical, and data-driven process.
