Our Team

Jack Finch serves as a financial advisor in Savant's Westwood, Massachusetts, office. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, he is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Jack's interest in business and finance began during his childhood in Ontario, Canada. On morning drives to school, he listened as his father, an insurance professional, guided clients through coverage decisions and claims. Those early experiences shaped Jack's understanding of how financial guidance can support people through important moments.
He carried that early curiosity into his studies at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business. While learning financial concepts in the classroom, he was also deeply involved with the Creighton Rugby Club, serving as captain, coach, and president.
Jack joined Heritage Financial in 2022 as a paraplanner and advanced to wealth advisor two years later. He joined Savant in 2026 when Heritage joined the firm.
Rugby continues to be a meaningful part of Jack's life. The sport has taken him to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan, both as a player and a fan. He remains active with the Boston Irish Wolfhounds and enjoys books and podcasts about global travel and exploration.

He later joined John Hancock Investment Management, where he held progressively senior roles and ultimately led investment product marketing for the United States intermediary distribution channel. He joined Heritage Financial in 2021 as a paraplanner, later advancing to wealth advisor and senior wealth advisor. In 2026, he joined Savant when Heritage became part of the firm.
Ryan earned a bachelor's degree in English with a minor in international studies from Boston College, including a semester studying in Ireland that deepened his appreciation for travel and his Irish heritage. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston Collegeâs Carroll Graduate School of Management.
He lives in West Newton, Massachusetts, with his wife, Meredith. Outside the office, Ryan enjoys skiing, fishing, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He also serves on the board of Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy in Dorchester, Massachusetts.

Cole Samson serves as a financial advisor and focuses on helping individuals and families build strong financial foundations at the start of their financial journeys. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, he works closely with clients navigating early career decisions, life transitions, and long-term financial planning needs.
Cole developed an interest in personal finance and entrepreneurship at a young age, influenced by his parents self-employed careers and emphasis on client service. He launched his own small resale venture in high school, identifying undervalued items and selling them online, while also investing early through a custodial account tied to the S&P 500.
While earning both his bachelor's degree and Master of Science (MS) in finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, along with minors in mathematical sciences and computer information systems, Cole completed internships with two Massachusetts-based financial planning firms. These experiences cemented his commitment to a career that blends analytical thinking with helping clients pursue meaningful financial goals.
Cole began his career with Heritage Financial Services in its Westwood, Massachusetts, office, where he served as a paraplanner and wealth advisor and contributed to process improvements across the firm. He later returned to his hometown of Las Vegas and worked as a client service manager for an independent registered investment advisor, strengthening his client service and operations experience. In 2026, Cole rejoined his Westwood-based team after Heritage joined Savant.
Away from work, Cole hikes with his dog, Mocha, and maintains an active lifestyle through weightlifting. He also follows college and professional sports, including the University of Nevada, Las Vegas football and basketball, as well as the Las Vegas Raiders.
