Angie's depth of knowledge is second only to her dedication to clients. She works closely with individuals, families, trusts, and charitable foundations to guide and manage detailed financial plans built to serve the clientâs goals. Her background as a CPA helps her apply this specialized knowledge to estate and gift taxes, wealth transfer, and trust management.
Angie has been involved in the financial services industry since 1995. She was a partner, senior wealth advisor, and Chief Operations Officer for Domani Wealth from its inception until it joined with Savant in 2023. She has extensive experience providing tax advice and consulting to clients and businesses.
Angie is a board member with the Lancaster Medical Heritage Foundation and a member of the Lancaster County Women for Good chapter of Grapevine. She actively volunteers and participates in local community causes supporting children, women, and animals.
Angie earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Concord University in West Virginia.
Angie enjoys spending time with her large family located throughout the country. She loves spending time with Aliz, her Vizsla dog, biking, and the beach. She also has been known to arrange her schedule around her favorite sporting events.

Jennifer "Jenn" Hill has been involved in the financial services industry since 2009. With Jenn's experience, she helps clients navigate wealth transfer strategies and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections and income optimization, insurance needs analysis, debt management, and education funding. Jenn's goal is to translate complex financial and tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance tailored to each unique situation.
Before joining Savant, Jennifer served as a partner, senior wealth advisor, and director of practice management at Domani Wealth from 2018 until the firm joined Savant in 2023. She supported advisors and clients by strengthening processes and fostering a collaborative, client-first culture.
Jenn is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Financial Planning Association of Central PA, the AICPA, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served the broader Lancaster community as an advisory council member for the Lancaster Chamber of Commerceâs Women in Business program. In addition, she is a graduate of the Leadership Lancaster program.
She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, and accounting from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves being outdoors kayaking and playing tennis. An avid reader, she has read more than 2,500 books.

Kenneth "Ken" Eshleman is a financial advisor in Savantâs Lancaster, Pennsylvania, office, where he focuses on comprehensive financial planning for individuals and families. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, he helps clients navigate wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Ken has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. He served as a partner and senior wealth advisor with Domani Wealth from 2019 until it joined Savant in 2023. His leadership extends through active roles with the Financial Planning Association and the Financial Planning Association of Central PA.
Beyond his financial planning work, Ken plays an important role in his community. He serves as chairman of the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors, treasurer of the Lititz Regional Community Development Corporation, and vice chairman of the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Commission.
He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania. When he isn't working with clients or supporting local organizations, he enjoys time at the beach, exercising on a nearby rail trail, attending community events, and spending time with his two daughters.
